Exterior finishing includes working with the following: a variety of siding installation, soffit installation, post and beam finishing, window and door trimming, decking, as well as, painting.

In 2014, our company has started specializing in siding renovation – install new siding to replace the old, or old stucco. In two years we successfully completed about 40 projects, some of which can be found in section projects.

Here is a very good example of how 100 year old house transformed into a completely new from the outside. Address: 43 West 17th Ave, Vancouver. We built a new bigger deck with new roof, new post and beams design, new pressure treated wood stairs with wooden railings, renew vinyl membrane at the back deck, installed new HardiePlank Lap Siding 7″ exposure and HardieShingles on gables instead of old cedar siding. Project budget: $45000.
